One truck, four screens, live

Each screen below is a real working page. Open them on separate phones and a laptop: whatever the guard does at the gate shows up on purchase, the owner's phone and the office screen within two seconds.

Suggested 10-minute walkthrough

  1. Security phone: sign in with the OTP, switch to मराठी or हिंदी, then tap + New inward truck. Pick Sai Press Components, scan the invoice QR, take the 3 photos.
  2. PO check: pick PO-2610-118. The system catches part 7712-B not being on the PO and holds the truck before anything is unloaded.
  3. Owner's phone: the alert arrives within seconds with the invoice value and reason. Purchase phone: the same truck is waiting there.
  4. Purchase releases it with a reason. The guard's screen moves to the gate slip by itself. Every step is recorded with who did it and when.
  5. Office screen: show This month at the gate (rupees stopped, debit notes recovered), the live register, then Tally sync.
  6. No network at the gate? Tap the Live pill on the security phone to go offline, enter a truck, tap again: it syncs.
  7. Close with Send today's summary now on the owner's phone: the 9 pm report they would get every day.

Use New session before each meeting so the client starts from a clean gate. Quality screens in the office app are marked Phase 2.
